Manna Honey

It has a special significant importance for human use due to a high degree of bactericidal agents and minerals(12,8-20 times richer in minerals than floral honey ), calcium and magnesium being of most therapeutical intrest due to the fact that the human organism assimilates these minerals a lot easier through natural nutrition than sinthetic administration. Takes several names after the names of the trees from wich honey was made: oak, fir and spruce fir. Harvester bees lose a lot of energy in this process and are used more intensly than those gathering nectar from flowers.

Its reduced percent of glucose and richness in dextrose and minerals can keep it in liquid form for years. Still, sometimes, it can be so viscous that extraction is possible either by melting the honeycombs over special grills or soaking them in warm water and inserting between these honeycombs of several empty ones already built. This being done, bees take the diluted honey from the honeycomb cells and spread it over the new empty honeycombs prior to being pulled out and extracted.
